30 minute group strength workout, right before the ride.
Simple moves, mostly bodyweight

Short or Long Bike Ride
Starts from Newport Dunes and alternate locations.
Rollout usually 9AM. Helmet and cell phone required.
Mosty bike trail. We avoid cars. No PCH rides.
Short Ride is a Ride/Run Brick no longer that 2 hours total - fitness without the grind.
Long Ride is for Athletes training for specific races that are following a training plan with specific intensity and duration targets.
All you need is a functional bike with gears that work—join us!
